Withdrawal from the Contract

Under OUG 18/2026, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason and without penalties, within 14 calendar days.

How does it work?

1. Complete the form

Enter the requested information in the form below to initiate your withdrawal from the contract.

2. Confirm your withdrawal

To submit your withdrawal request, click the “CONFIRM WITHDRAWAL” button.

3. Receive confirmation

After submitting your request, you will receive an acknowledgement by email without undue delay. The confirmation will include the content of your request, together with the date and time of submission.

4. Return the products

After submitting your withdrawal request, please return the products within 14 days, according to the instructions provided.

5. Refund

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned products or until you provide proof that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless you have expressly agreed to another method.

Privacy and Security

Your personal data will be used exclusively for processing your withdrawal request and will be protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

IMPORTANT TERMS

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products to exercise your right of withdrawal.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you have a further 14 days to return the products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. Products made or personalized according to the customer’s specifications are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the consumer, except where the product is non-conforming, defective, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly delivered. Parcels sent cash on delivery may be refused.
