How to order - Recommended rules for using the e-commerce platform
Considering that the commercial activity of product acquisition is carried out within a computer system present in virtual Internet environment, for the purchase of products you need an e-mail address and a bank account. Otherwise it will we recommend that you buy the products from a physical store, where you do not need these two conditions, classic distance commerce via the Internet.
1. Create an account by clicking the Your Account button, filling in your email address and clicking the Create Account button. Fill in the form with your details, so that the courier company can deliver your products.
2. Access the account by logging in to the computer platform. Choose the products you want and place them in the shopping cart.
3. At the end, access the product list (blue COS button) and the Pay button, and at the bottom, at the bottom of the product list you have the Forward button at the checkpoint. Fill in the form with the physical address where you can receive the products.
4. Proceed to the checkpoint, and if you agree with the terms and conditions of the e-procurement platform press the Forward button at the checkpoint.
5. Check again the list of products you want to buy.
6. Click the Pay by Bank Transfer button.
7. Press the confirm order button.
8. You will receive the CONFIRMATION of the product order on your e-mail address. This CONFIRMATION does not represent any payment obligation. Please do not transfer the money until you receive confirmation that the products can be delivered. Only the Invoice takes the place of a commercial contract. In case of accidental money transfer, please contact the bank.
After analyzing the order and checking the stock at the supplier, you will receive another e-mail with the
invoice issued for the ordered products. The invoice is valid for 24 hours.
