SC NICRISTY ELECTRIC S.R.L. was registered in the register of evidence of personal data processing under no. 35836. S.C. NICRISTY ELECTRIC S.R.L. apply order no. 52/2002, regarding the MINIMUM SECURITY REQUIREMENTS for the processing of personal data. SC NICRISTY ELECTRIC S.R.L. complies with Article 12 paragraph (1) of Law 506/2004 on the use of e-mail addresses for commercial purposes. SC NICRISTY ELECTRIC S.R.L. complies with the provisions of GEO 195/2005 - regarding the environmental protection, H.G 1037/2010, regarding the waste of electrical and electronic equipment and of GD 448/2005 for the separate collection of WEEE. NICRISTY ELECTRIC S.R.L. complies with the provisions of the provisions of H.G. 457/18.04.2003 on ensuring the safety of users of low-voltage electrical equipment and H.G. 992/2005 on limiting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. S.C. NICRISTY ELECTRIC S.R.L. complies with the provisions of Law no. 190/2025 regarding the return of products. S.C. NICRISTY ELECTRIC S.R.L. complies with the provisions of Legislative Decree 487/2016 and Legislative Decree 457/2003, regarding the "CE" marking on products. It is certified that the products are in compliance with the RoHS directive (2015/65/EU) of the European Parliament on the restrictions on the use of certain hazardous substances (lead Pb, mercury Hg, cadmium Cd, hexavalent chromium Cr6+, polybrominated biphenyls PBB and polybrominated diphenyl ethers PBDE) in electrical and electronic equipment.
